The same standard as everything else you do.
Nashoba Studio works with design professionals, builders, and luxury real estate professionals whose clients expect the same standard in everything. Every piece is hand built in Stow, Massachusetts by one craftsman, signed, dated, and made to last generations.
A Nashoba Studio chair tells your client you paid attention. To their property, to their life outdoors, and to the relationship they trusted you with.
What Your Clients Will Notice
The Material - Premium teak or mahogany that your clients can identify and respect. Not composite. Not eucalyptus. Not imported mass production. The material answers the question before it is asked.
The Hardware - Every structural bolt is 316 marine grade stainless. Every slat fastener is 305 exterior grade stainless. No brass hardware that tarnishes in salt air. The specification your coastal clients expect from everything else on their property.
The Nameplate - NASHOBA STUDIO in brushed brass, laser engraved, chemically darkened, flush inset into the accent seat slat. Present but not announcing itself.
The Makers Mark - A branding iron burned oval on the underside — hand plane, BUTTIGLIERI, HAND CRAFTED BY. Rich Buttiglieri's personal RB cipher in archival ink beside it. The month and year of completion. A permanent record of exactly when the piece left the workshop. Your client will turn the chair over once. They will not forget what they find.
The Dedication - A custom brass plaque flush set into the left arm rest — the family name, the property, the year. Your client sits down, rests their hand on the arm, and feels their name in brass under their fingers. That moment does not happen twice. The chair that carries it will be in the family for generations.
The Story - Hand built in Stow, Massachusetts by one craftsman with over twenty years of experience. No import costs. No tariffs. No ocean freight. The price you pay is the price of the craft — nothing more.
Trade Accounts
What a trade account includes:

Preferred pricing on all pieces — provided on approval of your trade account application.
Complimentary dedication plaque on the primary chair of every order — the family name, the property, the year, in brass in the left arm rest. Additional plaques on the same order available at $150 each.
Priority scheduling — your commissions are scheduled before general inquiries during peak seasons.
Early access — trade account holders are notified of new designs and availability before general release.
Direct access to Rich Buttiglieri for commission coordination — dedication plaque text, material specifications, delivery timing. No intermediary.

What a trade account does not include:
Negotiated pricing or project-by-project discounting. Trade account pricing is fixed, private, and applied consistently across every order. The retail price remains firm for all non-trade purchases.
To apply for a trade account, use the contact form and tell us about your practice. Trade accounts are extended to professionals whose work aligns with the Nashoba Studio standard. We work with a small number of trade partners by design.
The Dedication Plaque
The dedication plaque is optional on every order. For closing gifts, milestone properties, or any commission where a personal touch fits the occasion, it is included on the primary chair at no charge. Additional plaques on the same order are $150 each.

The plaque is brushed brass, flush inset into the left arm rest. The family name, the property, the year, in Caslon small caps. The recipient sits down, rests their hand on the arm, and finds their name in brass under their fingers.

That moment reflects on the person who made it happen.
